Manual Event Logging Disabled
CoPQ events are now imported via Excel spreadsheet. The manual Log Event form has been retired from standard use. All existing logged events are preserved in the database for historical reference.
To add CoPQ tickets, use the Import Excel tool. Map your spreadsheet columns to CoPQ fields, preview the records, and import. Duplicate tickets are automatically detected and updated.
